Yes, that is the flag of Afghanistan.
As you can see, I didn't REALLY put a lot of thought into this. After I was "fooling around" in MSWord with "Clipart," I had
the idea of trying to put the "collage" on this web site. You CANNOT upload straight away from a .doc document. Has to be
converted to another program. This is all by way of saying I didn't take the time to look for a RAT or a SNAKE! Just let fly
what was there ... after "tedious" retouching.
